DSCOOP Vienna 2018. Unleashing Print.

The aim of Vocational Education and Training (VET) is to motivate our 'young generation'  to complete a programme of training that can qualify them for employment and at the same time, accommodate the needs of the labour market, we must focus our efforts on the public-private agreement, on a real evidence-based bet.

We've had the wonderful chance to meet the most advanced digital-printing technicians and managers in Vienna, invited by the DSCOOP, the biggest cooperative of HP Graphic Arts Users.

Our Escola Antoni Algueró, and specially our 2 great students, Laura and Javi, was one of the 2 european Schools and Universities to join the 'Meet the Future" Session, leaded by Mike Ferrari.

We all, including our Catalan Print Media Guild President Iban Cid, had the chance to meet  Alon Bar-Shany, General Manager of HP Indigo.

I'd like to thank all our regional HP Managers and professionals, specially Bego Giralt, Miquel Olivé, Fran Eichhorn, Santi Franco and all the staff.

Ricardo Escobar III. Llión Máxicu. Esbardu. Vinu, cantares y amor.

La meva estimada tieta-àvia Teresa Oliveras va morir l'agost, als 96 anys, a Oviedo. I jo estava a Xi'an aquell dia trist.

Ella ha estat sempre la tieta Teresa d'Oviedo. I n'he parlat abans ja aquí, fa 9 anys.

Gràcies a la vida que va dur, una part de la meva família materna ha crescut a Astúries i a Lleó, i afortunadament tots hem fet el possible per mantenir un vincle guapo i prou constant.

Des de sempre, el Ricardo Escobar III, el més jove de la nostra generació, ha pogut desenvolupar i mostrar un talent artístic absolutament desmesurat respecte els estàndards de la família.

Formadíssim acadèmicament, exquisit dibuixant. El seguim amb moltíssima atenció i celebrem tot el que publica.

I si ja ho feiem per la seva vàlua artística, d'un temps ençà, valorem la indispensable feina que realitza en pro de l'asturlleonès, la llengua pròpia d'aquell territori que estimem.

Per Sant Jordi, al Diari de León, amb motiu de la imminent publicació de 'Llión máxicu' del Col·lectiu Faceira, va fer-ne bona referència.

Berlin.

Berlin em va inspirar, ja llavors.

Berlin m'ha inspirat. Cap gran cosa, que t'inspiri Berlin. Bowie, Lou Reed, Iggy Pop. Déus refugiats a Berlin.

Berlin iInspira fins a l'infinit. I ho fa tant, que et fa regirar, a calaixos oblidats, fotografies que estaven gravades ja a foc, ben endins.

I allà trobes aquella connexió, aquell continu.

Que sí, que la vida va d'això. De tresors públics, de tresors íntims.
